What molecular compound is formed by Phosphorus and Fluorine?

Phosphorus and fluorine together form phosphorus trifluoride, or PF3.

PF3 has trigonal bipyramidal molecular geometry and can be polar or nonpolar depending on the binding locations of the flourine atoms. And it's toxic, similar in effect to carbon monoxide.
